After I place an order, when are my orders shipped?
Your order is usually shipped the very next day, for delivery within 7-10 days across the USA.
What is your method of shipping?
Shipments travel in temperature controlled trucks to a major Postal Facility
near the destination. Packages will then enter the preferential mail stream, for final delivery by the Postal Service to the recipients' home address or Post Office Box.
What if I want a shipment sent on a specific date?
Give us the date you would like the product to be shipped on and the shipping details.
Christmas Orders?
These are subject to delays beyond our control. Please have your order in by December 10th. Expedited shipping after December 10th is available.
What are the shipping charges?
None. These are included in our pricing.
Why is there no sales tax?
We are a Florida Company with no stores or other presence in the other 49 states, so you are not subject to sales tax.
How can I pay?
We accept all major Credit Cards, or checks. For security
of your credit card information, we do not accept payment on-line.
How secure is my information?
We take no chances, even with scrambled data. It takes a extra moment or two, but you should call or fax us your credit card information. We Do Not Share our client list with any outside companies.
Is there a gift card in the box?
Your personalized gift message will be included with the package to notify the recipient you are the generous sender.
How do I know the order reached its destination?
In each package of fruit there are two post cards. One is addressed to the buyer as a thank you for the gift. The other is returned to us so the recipient can indicate the condition of the fruit and the date received. We send only the finest quality and guarantee complete satisfaction!
How long will the fruit last?
• When kept in the crisper of a refrigerator, your citrus should stay fresh for two to four weeks.
• Fruit should be kept away from heat sources and in a cool and dry place. |
